Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program introduces children to the fundamentals of ground fighting and self-defense in a safe, structured environment. BJJ teaches children that technique and leverage can overcome size and strength, building confidence and problem-solving skills.
